How do I create an account?
Choose ‘create an account’ at the homepage and fill the requested information. It is possible to fill in the form after ordering the goods.
I’ve forgotten my login / my password
Your login is simply your email address. To get your password again, go to “My account” at the top of the home page, click on the login page, then click on: “Forgot your password? Click here” We’ll send you your password to your email address.
How can I pay?
By: Credictard (Visa & Mastercard), iDEAL, regular bank transfer, PayPal, Mistercash.
iDEAL: is a Dutch easy and safe system to pay. If you use ideal all details are filled in and you only have to confirm by using your bankcard and e-dentifier. You don’t have to register. ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING Bank, Rabobank, SNS Bank of Triodos Bank. If you choose for regular bank transfer you have to transfer the amount. After we have received the amount we’ll send the order.
PayPal: If you choose for paying via PayPal you can pay by credit card. If you have an PayPal account, please log in and follow the instructions. If you don’t have an PayPal account you can choose for the option ‘guest account’, then you can log in as a ‘guest’ and pay by creditcard by following the instructions.

How can I place my order?
To order please add the products in the shopping cart. After you have chosen the products go to the ‘shopping cart’ and choose ‘checkout’.
Choose for new customer if you’re a new customer. If you’re already registered choose for returning customer. Fill in the requested information necessary for the delivery. Afterwards choose confirm order. You’ll receive an confirmation email.
How do I use my discount code?
After adding the products in the shopping cart. Below the chosen products there is a possibility to fill in the code. Fill in the code and the discount automatically will be calculated.
Is it possible to change my order after confirming?
It depends on the status of the order. Please contact us as soon as possible by email.
Is it possible to return or exchange an article?
All products up to a discount of 30% can be returned. Products with a discount of more than 30% can be changed for another item or another size (if there is another size available). You have a legal right to 14 days as from receiving the goods.
Please send an email to hello@rockinbilly.com within 7 days after receiving the goods and send the articles back, in their original packaging. Returned products must be intact, in a perfect state for resale. They cannot have been worn, used and must be in a state of perfect cleanliness. Any product which is damaged or incomplete will be neither refunded nor exchanged. You must return the products as soon as possible and within a maximum of delay of 14 days. When you return ordered item(s) for refund, the costs for sending is at your own expense.
How can I return or exchange an article?
If you like to return a product you could choose for a return and a refund of the creditnote or you could choose to change it for another product or the same product in another size (if there is one available). The products cannot have been worn, used and must be in a state of perfect cleanliness in the original packaging.
